Yes, I am fully insured and also licensed and certified in several different areas.
What are your terms and conditions?
1/2 payment due up front, that is a non refundable deposit to save a space on my schedule and cover materials. The other half due at completion of my work. There is a written quote to signed and noted fore payments that have been made.
